Anne Phung Nguyen
Anne Phung Nguyen is my name and I'm a Vietnamese American Entrepreneur living in Orange County California. My amazing husband JP, and my happy-go-lucky Dad Henry are also part of our family. People know me best through my Instagram account @annephung. This is where I share my life story. The highs, the lows and everything in-between. I came to America with my brother and parents in 1990 when I was 1 1/2 years old. old I would not be now sharing my story for you were it not since my parents were devoted to hard work and sacrifice. Being aware of the possibility at a better future I worked hard to make them proud and had tunnel vision when it came to the success. It was my plan to study in order to finish my studies and secure an employment that was good. After that, I was looking for an empathetic wife and children. Though I believed that this was the standard for successful, my life was not following the goals. In 2013 I found myself dreading going to my corporate job. The money and the status was not bringing me joyIt was like I was wasting my time and energy to earn a living but I knew that I had a destiny. When I started to take steps toward a new direction in my life, I discovered that personal training was my passion. I'm a sucker for fitness, and I love being with people and help people. This year I will celebrate the 7th year anniversary of my business. In 2014, I launched my own company. As an Asian woman in the industry, we are among the few. To lead in my field and offer quality coaching, to assist others in achieving better health and happiness through creating a lifestyle tailored to meet their needs and targets. It is my aim for me to help others chase their dreams, and to achieve the life they've always dreamed of. As my career started to take off, I had one of the greatest losses in my life, my mother's death. She has won the eight-year battle with the disease. Then she's in Heaven and I will remain close to her in my heart. Life's lessons can be hidden from us yet they can prove very beneficial. My mom's death changed my life in so many ways and I am convinced that my mom offered me a second chance at life through her passing. Her death occurred at the age of 87 on Tet/Lunar New Year Day it was her time to start her new life, and also for me to have my second chance to live the most happy, joyful and fulfilling life. In my 30s I am awestruck by the feeling of living and being alive. I'm not feeling that I'm just another number. When I tell the story of my life, it is with the intention that people can relate to my feelings and thoughts. In order to feel that they're not on their own. It is also a sign of genuine love. Additionally, therapy is necessary and is not unusual. Also, the health of your body is the most valuable thing you have. As death is all we have in life I want you to enjoy the rest of your days and live without regrets.
